Brinley wanted to ride my bike to the bus stop today instead of walking because she was 2 minutes behind. It's no problem at all. I would love to pick my bike up at the bus stop after my run. The weather was ideal in every sense of the word. So I took my bike for a ride.
This is what I saw.
I wish I could let you hear what I heard. Birds were singing, water was flowing nearby.
I felt as if I was stealing a little bit of heaven.
These lavender flowers were the only I saw of this variety. But I had other things I could look at.
This single red tree showed the evidence of fall sneaking up on us.
I'm not sure if it was at this point, or back on the paved trail where I felt overwhelmed with the beauty surrounding me. I had to thank my Maker for what He has given me.
I didn't want to go home.
So I didn't. I took more pictures.

I'm thankful for this glorious world, a healthy body to enjoy it, my trusty 19 year old Dutch bike that gets me where I want to go, and of course to God for He is the one that makes this all possible.

Your phone takes great photos! Glad you enjoyed your bike ride, Utah is a beautiful state. I liked riding your old Dutch bike last week too, I'm glad you didn't take any pictures of me riding it. Nice blog BooBoo!!
your photos are getting better and better. Composition is strong, the colors are beautiful and the angles are lovely. Excellent job. Love you momma. :)
Seriously, a PHONE CAMERA?!! Very nice. It is the most beautiful weather right now--too bad we can't bottle it up and save it for a later date. Love your bike too!
