Here we are in 2022, two more people added to our happy family. Violet born on January 29 and Johannes born on February 5th. We love our grandkids so much. We understand the hype and fully agree that grandkids are the icing on the cake.

Together again, This picture was taken in August 2021, just weeks after Thomas returned from his two-year mission in The Netherlands and Belgium and days before Brinley left for France to be an au pair. The sky had been smoke-filled for weeks and on this particular day and the day before, it had been raining, something rare up to that point in the year.  Blessed rain!

Madison and Morgan are both pregnant in this and are both due in February.  We are unspeakably happy and so happy for them especially.

December 2020
2020, ah 2020 the year of canceling everything.  I have never experienced anything like it.  It's 2021 now and it still feels the same, however nothing beats the fear and worry of March 2020 when in a matter of a few days, the world seem to shut down.

I found this photo and caption in my drafts and notice I didn't finish what I was going to write.  I have no idea what I was going to say, but here I am almost a year later and a lot has changed since this date. I'll write more later.

When one person is missing from a picture, it isn't one you'd hang on the wall, but it is worth showing somewhere!  Thomas is on his mission and this picture reminds me of that, so I love it anyway.  Merry Christmas to everyone. :)

My family.  I am struck by the speed in which time has flown by.  When we moved into this house 16 years ago Thomas was only 1 year old.  He will graduate from hight school in May and be eligible to serve a mission in July after his birthday.  I am so thankful for my kids and Tom.

Thomas has been petrified of heights and has made HUGE strides in conquering that fear.  Here he is at Preikestolen in Norway, confident and unafraid.

Blue Lagoon Island and what it's like to have the beach to yourselves.  Pure bliss!
