This is the Duomo di Milano, the Gothic cathedral took five centuries to complete. It is the largest Gothic cathedral and the second largest Catholic cathedral in the world.
Venice
The shopping in Venice is so beautiful, and VERY expensive!
I liked our hood ornament on our vessel.
The Gondolieri really do wear black and white striped clothing.
Yep, that's me on a Gondola! *Woot!* My heart is beating faster just thinking about this. It is better than I thought it would be.
We had nice company on our gondola, and on this trip of a lifetime. Tom's sisters I'm sure got sick of me by the end, but maybe visiting places like this made it worth it.
"Do you think this dress will make my butt look big?"
Even the cheese pizza is delectable here. My husband demonstrates how to fold the pizza as you eat it.
The photo opportunities here were killing my sanity! I could have taken more than the 900 that I did.
I got this shot from our ship as we sailed away, through the Mediterranean and onto Egypt.
I got this shot on our ferry going from Burrano to Murrano.

Be still my heart! I am so ready for a vacation. Did you eat gelati? At least three times a day?
You are killing me!! That cathedral is stunning! Oh man do I need a vacation and a cool one like this!
I remember visiting that cathedral in Milan when we picked up my brother from his mission there, and it really is that incredible!! I love your pictures of Venice--totally jealous of the gondola ride though. Your pictures are incredible! Everyone might have gotten tired of you taking pictures, but after the trip is over, it is so worth it!! And it pretty much assures you an invitation for other trips. Everyone loves a good photographer! :)
You vacation photos are incredible, Julie. I love your pictures and you look gorgeous, as always. You've got a sweet gig.
